During the summer of 2013, Allied Environmental Signage worked directly with Simon Property Group on an elaborate signage package for their latest retail outlet, the Shops at Nanuet, in Nanuet, New York. Built on the site of the former Nanuet Mall, the Shops at Nanuet provides visitors with a beautiful open air shopping experience.

Allied Environmental Signage fabricated and installed all of the signage for this comprehensive redevelopment project, which included large pylon signs, monument signs, channel letters, illuminated directories, way finding signs, and other architectural signage elements. With an important opening day deadline to meet, it was crucial that all of the phases of this project were on schedule so that installation did not conflict with the projected grand opening.

We were very pleased to work with Simon Property Group on this exciting project. Creating impressive signage that is consistent with a property’s brand and image is something that we feel is very important. We believe this signage package truly enhances the aesthetic quality of this property while increasing awareness and assisting shoppers in navigating the premises.
